Terry R. Vinzant, Spickard, pleaded guilty to owning or operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs; failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs; and not wearing a seatbelt and was fined $10.
Reshay W. R. Maitrejean, Bethany, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs; owning or operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs; and failing to wear a seatbelt and was fined $10.
Eric W. B. Spears, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order and was fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs and not wearing a seatbelt and was fined $10.
Prosperity L. Miller, Excelsior Springs, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order and was fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs.
Tierra D. Nunn, Brookfield, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seatbelt and was fined $10.
Michael D. Odor, Trenton, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and property damage. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.
Those failing to appear in court and having warrants issued for their arrest included, Brittany N. Roberts, Independence, on a charge of failing to display plates on a motor vehicle or trailer; Donald K. Swigart, Trenton, on a charge of tampering with a utility meter; Jessica M. Lotz, Trenton, on a charge of hindering prosecution; and Jalen K. Harper, Excelsior Springs, on a charge of failing to wear a seatbelt.
Pleading guilty to amended charges of operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order and fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs were Eli Baker, Kansas City; Melinda Atchley, Trenton; and Christopher H. Jones, Trenton.
