The Grundy County Nursing Home District Board of Directors has announced that the USDA has approved the contracts for the energy project taking place at Sunnyview Nursing Home.
According to information provided by Sunnyview Administrator Jerry Doerhoff, Raines Heating and Cooling was awarded the contract for $828,270.29 for the HVAC portion, with The Wilson Group being awarded the contract for windows and doors at a cost of $388,369.
Doerhoff said the loan closing on the project is scheduled for Feb. 16 at the regular meeting of the board.
