Missouri Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners vs.  Rebecca F. Ransdell d/b/a Nails 2617. The petitioners filed an injunction against the defendant.
Associate Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson

Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Floyd Holsted, Trenton; and Camron O. Donatlan, Aurora, IL.
Tanner J. Sims, Bethany, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order and was fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs.
Chloe M. Johnson, Cameron, and Jesus M. R. Parra, Midland, TX, pleaded guilty to amended charges of operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order and were fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson

Failing to appear in court and having warrants issued for their arrests were Lucas D. Cornwell, Carrollton, on a charge of defective equipment; and Jang H. Lee, Hot Springs Village, AR, on a charge of violating the city’s nuisance ordinance.
Treigh M. Fehring, Bethany, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $300 and $41.50 costs.
Jordin P. Miller, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to obey official signs temporarily designating lanes, resulting in an accident, and was fined $60.50 and $41.50 costs.
Stetson Turley, Trenton, pleaded guilty to harassment and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs.
Joshua J. Waltz, Trenton, pleaded guilty to property damage and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs.
