Beth, the daughter of Larry L. and Barbara Burtch Williams, was born in Trenton on Feb. 13, 1964. She grew up in Trenton and moved to Princeton later to graduate from Princeton High School in 1982.
Beth was the mother of three children and grandmother to six grandchildren. Beth always said, “Being a Nana is so much easier than being a mom.” Beth had her children at a young age and was blessed early in life with being a grandma. Beth enjoyed telling her grandchildren stories about her farm and animals. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Beth was a strong, loving, beautiful and compassionate woman. She lost her life after a brief battle with metastatic pancreatic cancer. Beth was always positive about her unexpected diagnosis and fought until the end. She spent her remaining two months enjoying time with family and close friends.
Survivors include her mother, Barbara Ann Williams of Trenton; a sister, Teresa Mitchell (Pat) of Wichita Falls, TX; her three children, Jared Hughes and family of Blackwater, OK, Justin Siemer and family of Maryville and Lindsay Pedersen and family of Shawnee, KS; her grandchildren, including Avalin and Myre Hughes and Owen and Josie Pedersen; a niece, Ayanna Mitchell of Wichita Falls, TX; an uncle, Eugene Williams of Manhattan, KS; and a close family friend, Cameron Wilson of Princeton.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Williams, and her brother, David Williams.
