The Grundy County Health Department will offer flu shots by appointment on Thursday and Friday at the health department office.
The immunizations will be administered curbside on the west side of the GCHD building. Children and families will be able to receive immunizations on Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m. while adult flu shots will be given from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday.
To make an appointment, persons should call the health department at 359-4196. Consent forms can be downloaded in advance from the GHCD website, www.grundycountyhealth.org, or will be available at the health department the day of the event.
Persons with insurance, Medicare or Medicaid are asked to bring their cards for billing purposes. Those without insurance can make a donation.
