The Grundy County Health Department will be giving flu shots by appointment to children and families on Friday, Oct. 23 from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Flu shots will be given in a drive-up fashion. Consent forms may be printed from the GCHD website, www.grundycountyhealth.org, or will be available the day of the event.
Persons are asked to call the halth department at 660-359-4196 to schedule an appointment. Persons should bring their insurance, Medicare or Medicaid cards gor billing purposes. Donations will be accepted for people without insurance.
Everyone over the age of two are asked to please wear a mask.
There is an adult clinic earlier in the day fro 10 a.m. to 2 p.m..
