Tri-County R-7 students returned to class in Jamesport on Tuesday, becoming the first area district to start classes for the 2020-2021 school year.
Enrollment, which includes a few virtual students, totaled 152 students in grades kindergarten through 12, with another 19 students enrolled in the district’s preschool program. That number is down from the 2019-2020 first day K-12 number of 163.
Enrollment, by grade, is kindergarten, 11; first grade, 10; second grade, 10; third grade, 8; fourth grade, 5; fifth grade, 10; sixth grade, 8; seventh grade, 15; eighth grade, 15; freshmen, 11; sophomores, 13; juniors, 21; and seniors, 15.
