The Grundy County Museum will host a Memorial Day flag raising ceremony on Monday, May 25 at the Baker School.
In addition to the flag raising, the 10 a.m. program includes brief remarks by Joseph L. Norton VFW Post No. 919 Commander Tony Ralston and a rifle salute The public is invited and those attending are encouraged to bring their own seating as well as observe social distancing guidelines.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, officials have also announced postponement of the 2020 museum opening until July 4
