Pleading guilty to amended charges of operating a vehicle with brakes not in good working order and fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs were Travis L. Lepley, Gravois Mills; Danyal R. Coon, Watson;  Hannah M. King, Princeton; and Guy M. Ware, Ottumwa, IA.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were James A. Pratt, Hamilton; and Jordan M. Cowan, Jamesport.
Allen M. Airey, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and was fined $60.50 and $74.50 costs.
Brian E. Spangler, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $70.50 and $74.50 costs.
Carter Searcy, Humphreys, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, a class D misdemeanor, and was fined $300, $120.50 costs and is to pay $100 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Harold J. Stiner, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class D felony, and driving while revoked or suspended, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 9.
Craig A. Zeiger, Lee’s Summit, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident, a class A misdemeanor. He was placed on probation for one year. He is to pay $74.50 costs, $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and $300 restitution to the victim.
