Planning And Zoning Commission Hearings To Be Streamed Live

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Trenton City Council will hold three hearings at 7 p.m. on Monday at city hall.
Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the public will be unable to attend physically. However, the meeting will be streamed live on Zoom and can be accessed at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/8119708883.
The commission will hear a request from Richard and Shirley Sibbit, in care of GFG Inland Elevator and Grain, for a conditional use permit to allow them to construct a 20-foot by 40-foot building and 70-foot outdoor scale on property at 308 Johnson Drive. Novus AG is requesting a conditional use permit to allow them to construct a 175-foot by 80-foot building to store ag chemicals on property at 915B Shanklin Ave. Wayne King, in care of North Central Missouri College, is requesting a minor sub-division on property located at 1810 Merrill St.
