Jeff Eads, funeral director at White Chapel Funeral Home and Cemetery in Gladstone, has received the company’s 2019 Service Excellence Award. The award is given to one employee at their location who exhibits passion for their profession, a desire to inspire their teammates and dedication to deliver the highest level of service excellence to the families they serve. One employee is selected within each market and Eads was selected in the Kansas City market, which is made up of 18 locations.
Eads, a former Trenton resident, is the son of Tom and Linda Eads of Trenton.
