P&Z Commission Plans Hearings

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Trenton City Council will hold three hearings at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 4 at city hall.
Richard and Shirley Sibbit, in care of GFG Inland Elevator and Grain, are requesting a conditional use permit to allow them to construct a 20-foot by 40-foot building and 70-foot outdoor scale on property at 308 Johnson Drive. Novus AG is requesting a conditional use permit to allow them to construct a 175-foot by 80-foot building to store ag chemicals on property at 915B Shanklin Ave. Wayne King, in care of North Central Missouri College, is requesting a minor sub-division on property located at 1810 Merrill St.
