Billy Doran Wilson, a 68-year-old resident of Trenton, died at 8:48 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2020 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
A family visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at the mortuary.
Mr. Wilson was born on July 15, 1951 at Trenton, the son of Albert Doran and Jenettie Ocalada Kincade Wilson. He graduated from Spickard High School. Before retiring, he was employed by Nestle (Trenton Foods) for 37 years.
He attended Tenth Street Baptist Church, Trenton.
He was married on Feb. 8, 1969 in Trenton to Mary Lou Godman.
Survivors include his wife, Mary of the home; two sons, Jeremy Lee Doran Wilson and his wife, Kelly and Jason Duane Wilson and Jessica Allen, all of Trenton; one granddaughter, Ashley Kay Rogers and her husband, Dylan of Kansas City; one grandson, Braxton Klark Wilson of Trenton; three sisters, Cleah Stratton of Trenton, Donna Collins and her husband, Garvin of Kearney and Alberta Arce of Seaford, DE; eight nieces and nephews; and his dog, Fred.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials are suggested to the Green Hills Animal Shelter or Tenth Street Baptist Church. They may be left at or mailed to the mortuary.
