Tri-County Board Holds Meeting

The Tri-County R-7 Board of Education met on Wednesday night in the school library at Jamesport to discuss several items regarding the district’s response to the COVID-19 situation.
According to information provided by Superintendent David Probasco, the board heard an update from administrators regarding instruction, staffing, food service, extracurricular activities, prom, the senior trip and graduation as well as actions being taken by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. An executive session was also held for personnel.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the board is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8.
