The following information has been sent to Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce members regarding COVID-19 concerns:
“During this time of uncertainty, your Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce is working each day to help our community during the COVID-19 outbreak. lease share with us any change of hours, restrictions, curb side services or closings you may have in your business so we can share with our chamber members and community. We are here to help you.
“We remain promoting our local businesses in ways to still have a positive impact during this trying time. We encourage you to shop local to keep our businesses open. You may be surprised what our local businesses can order in for you if they don’t have it on their shelves, so you don’t have to leave our area. Please call and ask. If you feel you may need a gift card in the future, purchase it now to help our local businesses keep their doors open. We love our city and county; lets join efforts to find ways to help each other during this trying time.
“The Trenton License Office is asking that only one person per transaction enter the license office. Do not bring children or friends with you. Please if you have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, been asked to self-quarantine, traveled internationally in the past two weeks, have a fever, have a cough or experienced shortness of breath, do not come in our Trenton License Office. Please bring your own pen to sign papers. We want to remain providing a service that is so important to our community.
“At this time the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce has either cancelled or postponed all our events and meetings. Our office remains open, so please call if I can help relay information or provide resources. We want to show support during this time.”
