A Chillicothe man who failed to appear in Grundy County court has been arrested in Linn County.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Christopher J. Burns, failed to appear in court on a charge of failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle, a class D misdemeanor. Burns has posted $121 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 24.
