Cyber Security Breach At Courthouse

The computers at the Grundy County Courthouse experienced a cyber security breach over the weekend.
According to Grundy County Clerk Betty Spickard, the breach affected the county’s server and any computers connected to it, including the county clerk’s office, the assessor’s office and the treasurer’s office. No state computers or those at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center were affected. Mrs. Spickard said Tony Figg of Green Hills Communications of Chillicothe will be working on the issue Tuesday afternoon and the extent of the breach is being evaluated.
