The Trenton Kids Wrestling Club sent wrestlers to Sedalia on Saturday, Jan. 25 for the rookie state, 6U state and girls state tournaments.
At rookie state, Ayden Ortega (8U/60C) was first while Xylus Rottman (8U/60B) and Forest Sharp (10U/55) were third and Jacob Black (12U/150) was fourth.
For 6U state, Clayton Glidewell was first at 34 pounds while Owen Lowe (64 pounds) and Wesley Stiles (80 pounds) were both second. Riley Griffin (61 pounds) was third and Blake Gannon (52 pounds) was fifth.
Braylee Barron (8U/85) placed third in the girls state tournament.
