Lewis Equipment Services LLC vs. Mary M. Howell and others. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the case, which involved a petition to quiet a title.
Criminal Court
Sean P. Biller, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a class D felony. He was sentenced to serve seven years in the Department of Corrections, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to complete the Salvation Army Treatment Program or another approved program of not less than 30 days.
Daniel A. Brown, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. He was sentenced to serve five years in the Department of Corrections, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to complete the Third Circuit Treatment Program. If he is not accepted into the program, a substitute program will be determined.
Russell L. Louderback, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter, a class E felony, and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. Trial setting was scheduled for Feb. 13.
Christy L. Russell, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to stealing, a class D felony. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years. She is to make restitution in the amount of $3,825.40.
Robert A. Brandon, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on original charges of first degree property damage, a class A felony, and class A misdemeanors of fourth degree domestic assault and driving while revoked or suspended (second or third offense). His probation was continued with the additional condition that he complete out-patient treatment at Preferred Family Healthcare or a comparable facility.
Lynn D. Shipley, Gallatin, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of failing to register as a sex offender, a class E felony. His probation was continued with the condition that he follow all directives of the office of probation and parole.
Josy N. Simmons, Trenton, had her probation continued on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. a class D felony. She is to enter and complete the  Third Circuit Treatment Program.
Krystal L. Martin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. Sentencing was deferred until Feb. 13. She will also be in court that day on a probation violation on an original charge of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class C felony. She has admitted to that violation.
David Clay-Austin Travis, Spickard, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. He was sentenced to serve five years in the Department of Corrections, with the sentence to run consecutively with two other cases. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years, with the condition that he successfully complete the Salvation Army Program. He is to have GPS monitoring until entering the program. He admitted violating the terms of his probation on charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-amphetamine or methamphetamine, a class E felony. His probation was continued with the additional condition that he complete the treatment program.
Connie L. McCollum, Laclede, pleaded guilty to stealing, a class D felony. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years and is to make restitution of $3,825.40.
Stanley D. Patterson, Trenton, withdrew his plea of not guilty and pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. He was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections. Execution of the sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for five years. He admitted violating the terms of his probation on class D felonies of driving while intoxicated-persistent offender and driving while revoked or suspended. His probation was continued. He is to enter and successfully complete the Salvation Army Program.
Trace A. Harvey, Spickard, admitted violating the terms of his probation on three class D felony charges of second degree burglary and a class D felony charge of tampering with a motor vehicle. He is to be placed in the CODS program in the Department of Corrections.
Dominic Ratkovich, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. His probation was continued with the additional condition that he complete the Third Circuit Program and serve shock inceration through 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 21.
Andrew S. Robinson, Chillicothe, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of stealing, a class D felony. His probation ws continued with the additional condition that he pay $3,500 restitution in $100 monthly payments.
Tracie L. Todd, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of fourth degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Her probation was extended for an additional year with the condition that she complete an inpatient treatment program.
Nicole L. Webster, no address listed, had her probation revoked on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a class C felony. Her stay of execution was set aside and she was ordered to serve her sentence of four years in the Department of Corrections. She was given credit for time served awaiting disposition of the charge and pending the probation review.
