Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jeffery R. Carter, Deetta Arsena Jones, Staci Dorbeck and Janessa VanHoozer pleaded guilty to speeding and were fined $70.50 and $74.50 costs.
Rhonda Kay Clark, Jose Gonzalez and Sarah Renae Oltmer pleaded guilty to speeding and were fined $60.50 and $74.50 costs.
Rene Emile Terral III pleaded guilty to speeding was fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs.
Nikkita M. Bosley pleaded guilty to being a driver/front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened safety belt and paid a fine of $10.
Colton Bradley Chrisman pleaded guilty to failure to check a deer as prescribed and paid a fine and costs of $164.
Patrick L. Stephens pleaded guilty to being a driver/front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened safety belt and paid a fine of $10.
Tracy Christine Summers had her case of failure to register a motor vehicle continued until Feb. 11.
Jesse Dean Bruce had his case of third degree assault continued until Jan. 28 for plea/trial setting.
Georgeanna K. Courtney failed to appear on a charge of stealing and the case was continued until Jan. 28, at which time the $175.37 balance of a fine is to be paid.
Bailey Nicole Dannatt pleaded guilty to failure to display plates on a motor vehicle and paid a fine and costs of $125.
Kevin Eric Ewing had his case on a charge of DWI continued until Jan. 28 for a plea/trial setting. He pleaded guilty to being a driver/front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened safety belt and was fined $10. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs. Both fines are and costs are to be paid by April 14.
Lindsey Renee Olsen pleaded guilty to an amended charge of defective equipment (original charge was speeding 70 mph in a 60 mph zone) and paid a fine and costs of $275. A charge of operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsiblity was dismissed.
Raul R. Barraza had his case on a charge of DWI-aggravated offender continued until Feb. 11.
Scott Lee Blozvich waived his preliminary hearing and had his case continued until Feb. 11 for a plea/trial setting on a charge of driving while revoked/suspended.
Melissa B. Brill waived her preliminary hearing and was bound over to the Circuit Division for a Feb. 13 appearance on two charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid and one charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – amphetamine or methamphetamine.
Billy Jo Brown pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle in an area not designated for such use or travel and was fined $49.50 and $91.50 costs.
Daniel A.  Brown waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of first degree trafficking drugs or attempt and was bound over to the Circuit Division for arraignment on Jan. 16. His bond was continued.
Adam David Davidson pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle owned by another knowing owner of vehicle has not maintained financial responsibility and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs.
Madison Lee Goble had her case continued until Jan. 28 for a plea or trial setting on a charge of possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less.
Krystal Leanna Martin waived her preliminary hearing on a charge of first degree trafficking drugs or attempt and was bound over to the Circuit Division for arraignment on Jan. 16. Her bond was continued.
John Thomas Hunt failed to appear on a charge of driving while revoked/suspended – second or third offense and had his case continued until Jan. 28.
Brett Oliver Norman failed to appear on a charge of speeding 75 mph in a 60 mph zone. A warrant was issued and bond was set at $145 cash-only.
Justin Stephenson waived his preliminary hearing on charges of stealing – all other property and stealing – fourth or subsequent stealing offense within 10 years and was bound over to the Circuit Division for a Feb. 13 arraignment. Bond was continued.
David Clay-Austin Travis waived his preliminary hearings on charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution and was bound over to the Circuit Division for arraignment on Jan. 16. Bond was continued.
Joshua Phillips had his case continued to Feb. 11 for a plea/trial setting on charges of first degree domestic assault – serious physical injury and stealing.
Christine Sahagun had her case continued until March 24 on a charge of speeding 73 mph in a 60 mph zone.
Craig A. Troester pleaded guilty to three charges of pursue/take/kill/possess or dispose of wildlife illegally and was fined $100 on each charge along with $120.50 costs. He was given until April 28 to pay. Six other similar charges were dismissed.
Christopher R. Smither failed to appear on two counts of forgery. A warrant was issued and bond was set at $497.88 cash-only.
Dorothy Vasey was placed on probation for two years on five counts of passing bad checks. She was ordered to make restitution of $1,566.50, pay $120.50 in court costs and $100 to the LERF.
Levi Wedgeworth pleaded guilty to fishing without a permit and was fined $24.50 and $91.50 costs.
Rachel Beth Sibbit pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less. She paid a fine and court costs of $520.50.
Robert James Reed pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway with a valid license – first offense and was fined $50.50. He also pleaded gulty to trespassing – second degree and was fined $50. He was assessed $120.50 in court costs and $100 to the LERF.
