Lance Cpl. Colton Shane Davis received his V22 Osprey Aircraft Crew Chief Wings at New River, NC on Dec. 20.
LCpl. Davis joined the Marine Corps on Sept. 10, 2018 and attended Marine Combat Training at Camp Pendleton, CA, Naval Aviation Water Survival Training at Pensacola, FL, SERE School in Kittery, ME and recently finished CNATT V22 Mechanics and Osprey Flight School at VMMT-204 in New River as a team leader. He is scheduled to report to his newest duty station at VMM-165 in Miramar, CA this month.
LCpl. Davis is the son of Shane Davis of Kansas City and Michelle Davis of Platte City and the grandson of Gregg and Gayle Davis of Chula.
