Ashley Casper, Laredo, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $74.50 costs.
Jason E. Clay, Kansas City, admitted violating the terms of his probation on original charges of resisting arrest and second degree property damage. He was ordered to serve his original 90 day sentence in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for 15 days served. His sentence is to run concurrently with sentences in Sullivan and Clay counties. Costs were waived.
Mark T. Ledbetter, Jr., Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $70.50 and $74.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle owned by another knowing the owner had not maintained financial responsibility and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to another charge of speeding and was fined $100.50 and $74.50 costs.
Dennis R. Sheffield, Trenton, failed to appear in court on a charge of failing to register a motor vehicle and had his bond of $125 forfeited.
