Judge Thomas R. Alley
Jonathan L. Davis, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of stealing, a class D felony, and another class D felony count of stealing. He was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is to pay $7,547.81 in restitution.
