Nicole L. Webster, no address listed, denied violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a class C felony. She is scheduled to appear in court again Jan. 16.
Derek Brown, Galt, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to non-support, a class E felony. He is scheduled to appear in court again Feb. 13.
Desmond A. Calton, Excelsior Springs, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to a charge of third degree assault, a class E felony. He is scheduled to appear in court again on Jan. 16, which is also when he is scheduled to appear on a charge of speeding, to which he has not yet entered a plea.
Scott D. Keith, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to third degree child molestation, a class C felony. He is scheduled to appear in court again on Feb. 13.
Brandon T. May, Coffey, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to stealing-$750 or more, a class D felony. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $3,825.40 in restitution.
Connie L. McCollum, Laclede, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to second degree burglary, a class D felony; stealing a motor vehicle, a class D felony; and stealing-$750 or more, a class D felony. She is scheduled to appear in court again on Jan. 16.
Stanley D. Patterson, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-amphetamine or methamphetamine, a class E felony. He is scheduled to be in court again on Jan. 16.
Sara K. Sparks, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to non-support, a class E felony. She is scheduled for a Jan. 16 court appearance.
Victor Tunnell, Trenton, pleaded guilty to non-support, a class E felony, and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $10,685 in support that is in arrears by paying $200 per month. He admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of forgery, a class C felony, and had his probation continued.
Christi D. Sims, Humphreys, was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. Execution of the sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years, with the condition that she enter and successfully complete the Third Circuit Program.
Bobbie J. Dunkin, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of her probation on charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-amphetamine or methamphetamine, a class E felony. Her probation was continued with the condition that she successfully complete the Third Circuit Program.
Tristan M. Greer, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a class C felony. Her probation was continued with the additional condition that she submit to drug testing not less than monthly.
Steven K. Johnson, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. His probation was continued with the additional condition that he submit to drug testing not less than monthly.
