The Laredo R-7 Board discussed several items at its meeting on Monday.
According to information provided by Administrator Misty Foster, the 2018-19 school audit was approved along with a trip to Branson by the eighth grade class. Also approved was renewal of insurance with MUSIC. There was discussion regarding a curriculum update and a budget update was given. There was also discussion of physical requirements for full-time bus drivers.
It was announced the filing dates for the board election in April would begin on Dec. 17 and continue through 4 p.m. on Jan. 21, with the school office being closed Dec. 18 through Jan. 2. The three-year terms of Phil Fox, Jason Meeker and Casey Bowe will be expiring.
An executive session was held for personnel, legal matters and student matters, with no announcement made.
The next meeting of the board will be held on Monday, Jan. 13.
