Taylor Page, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to having expired plates and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and was fined $25.50 and $41.50 costs.
Sara W. Tate, Kirksville, pleaded guilty to failing to yield and was fined $60.50 and $41.50 costs.
Nivek L. Bork, Trenton, had a trial set for Jan. 7, 2020 on a charge of littering.
Pleading guilty to a Halloween violation for sex offenders and fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs were Trenton residents Trudy L. Cook, Gary Metzger, Bobby W. Munday, Frederick J. Penland, Jr., Orville S. Purscell and Larry E. Thrun.
Joseph Davis, Hamilton, pleaded guilty to a nuisance violation and was fined $150 and $41.50 costs.
Ramona Ellis, Trenton, pleaded guilty to violating the city’s open container law and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs.
Shawn Ferguson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to having expired plates on a vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs.
Elizabeth R. Johnson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a commercial motor vehicle without a valid commercial driver’s license and was fined $100 and $41.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and was fined $25.50 and $41.50 costs.
Ja Ja Milam, Longmont, CO, pleaded guilty to assault and resisting arrest and was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Grundy County Detention Center on each charge. He also pleaded guilty to trespassing and disorderly conduct and was sentenced to serve two days in the GCDC on each count. Costs were waived on all the charges.
Wendy J. Moore, Trenton, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and was fined $100 and $41.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and was fined $25.50 and $41.50 costs.
Brittany L. Pratt, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with conditions of a restricted driver’s license (for physical infirmity) and was fined $75.50 and $41.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Braxton A. Smith, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a school bus receiving/discharging school children and was fined $150 and $41.50 costs.
Victor L. Tunnell, Trenton, pleaded guilty to having expired plates and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs.
Tristan L. Vencill, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license or no license and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs.
Melanie D. Byrnes, Trenton, pleaded guilty to a miscellaneous peace disturbance and was fined $25.50 and $41.50 costs.
Christy L. Russell, Trenton, pleaded guilty to deceiving law enforcement and was sentenced to serve five days in the Grundy County Detention Center. Costs were waived.
