Kaegen Croy battles a Princeton defender for a rebound during the Trenton Middle School A girls’ 41-9 loss on Friday. Nautica Dowling led Trenton with four points and six rebounds and Jena Harris added three points and three steals. Madi Moore had two points, five rebounds and two steals and Emma Roberts had nine rebounds and two blocks.With the loss, Trenton fell to 0-2 overall on the season. Trenton also lost the B game, falling 38-3. Mirena King scored all three points for Trenton. The Bulldogs’ B squad is now 1-1 overall on the season. Trenton’s middle school teams returned to the court on Monday at South Harrison in Bethany and the A team will compete in the Princeton Tournament this week.
