Zachary L. Wilson, Spickard, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Racail M. King, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $60.50 and $74.50 costs.
Desmond A. Calton, Excelsior Springs, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of third degree assault, a class E felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 12. His case was certified to the Circuit Division on a charge of speeding, a class B misdemeanor, and he will also appear in court on that charge on Dec. 12.
Kyley R. Culbertson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of hindering prosecution of a felony, a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to serve 60 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with execution of the sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years, with credit given for six days served. She is to pay a fine of $119.50, $120.50 costs and $260 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Joyace M. Dale, Galt, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to animal abuse, a class A misdemeanor. She was fined $200, $120.50 costs and $100 to LERF.
Jonathan L. Davis, Lebanon, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of stealing, a class E felony; second degree burglary, a class D felony; stealing a motor vehicle, a class D felony; and stealing, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.
Donnie D. Doyle, Olathe, KS, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, a class B misdemeanor. He was placed on probation for six months and is to pay $120.50 costs and $100 to LERF.
Scott A. Ewing, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to fourth degree assault, a class C misdemeanor. He was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to pay a fine of $200, $120.50 costs and $100 to LERF.
Kelsey R. Frisbie, Albany, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $100.50 and $74.50 costs.
William E. Grimes, Jr., Trenton, pleaded guilty to peace disturbance, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to serve 15 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for one year, with conditions involving anger management classes and counseling. He is also to pay a $75 fine, $120.50 costs and $100 to LERF.
Robert Keehn, Waterloo, IA, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $70.50 and $74.50 costs.
Jesse A. King, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to driving to the left side of the roadway within 100 feet of an intersection or railroad grade crossing, a class C misdemeanor, and was fined $80.50 and $74.50 costs.
Kevin Koeller, Grain Valley, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs.
Hunter D. Krawitz, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to obey a traffic control device, a class C misdemeanor, and was fined $60.50 and $74.50 costs. He is also to pay $575 in restitution.
Patrick McPherson, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a class D felony charge of non-support. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.
Zane W. Rottman, Trenton, had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a class D felony charges of stealing a firearm and stealing. His cases were certified to the Circuit Division on class A misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of an illegal weapon, conspiracy to commit third degree assault and possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less (prior drug offense). He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.
Tony Powers, Trenton, pleaded guilty to a class B misdemeanor charge of attempted endangering the welfare of a child and was sentenced to serve 90 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to pay a $300 fine, $120.50 costs and $100 to LERF.
Victor Tunnell, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a class E felony charge of non-support. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.
Ashley R. Redmond, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs.
Denver R. Banister, Lamoni, IA, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having brakes not in good working order and was fined $200 and $74.50 costs.
Logan G. Bates, Princeton, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Cody Odor, Trenton; and Rachael Pratt, Trenton.
Sebastian Schooler, Mercer, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50 and $74.50 costs.
