A Kansas City woman who failed to appear in Grundy County court has posted cash bond.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Tiffany A. Savage, 17, failed to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident, not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license. She has posted cash bonds totaling $525, with a court date of Nov. 12.
Also scheduled to appear in court Nov. 12 is Nicole L. Webster, 36, Trenton, who was arrested for violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. She is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center. Her bond has been set at $5,000 cash or 10 percent.
