Laniesha R. Lambert, Cainsville, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Melissa Brill, Glenwood, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle, a class B misdemeanor, and was fined $27.50 and $74.50 costs. She was notified that upon payment of a check for restitution on a class A misdemeanor charge of passing bad checks that charge will be dismissed.
Billy J. Brown, Trenton, pleaded guilty to fishing without a permit, a class A misdemeanor, and was fined $24.50 and $91.50 costs.
Jonathan L. Davis, Lebanon, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to second degree burglary, a class D felony. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 12.
Joanna K. Gard Murphy, Trenton, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, a class C felony. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Scott J. Hedrick, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to speeding, a class C misdemeanor, and was fined $60.50 and $74.50 costs.
Jessica E. Lewis, Milan, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to driving while revoked, a class D misdemeanor, and failing to register a motor vehicle, a class B misdemeanor. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 10.
Adrienne E. Littleton, Trenton, waived formal arraigment and pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor, and failing to equip a motor vehicle with two approved red taillamps, an infraction. She is sheduled to appear in court Nov. 26.
Jordin P. Miller, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, a class D misdemeanor, and was placed on probation for six months. She is also to pay $120.50 costs and $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Elsa L. Morris, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $60.50 and $74.50 costs.
Madison T. Untiedt, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, a class D misdemeanor, and was placed on probation for six months. She is also to pay $120.50 costs and $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Codi J. Delong, Trenton, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, a class D misdemeanor, and was fined $300. She is also to pay $120.50 costs and $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Justin Reeter, Chula, pleaded guilty to second degree endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, and was placed on probation for two years. He is also to pay $120.50 and $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Michael D. Odor, Laredo, pleaded guilty to failing to yield to a vehicle on the right that had entered the intersection at approximately the same time and was fined $60.50 and $74.50 costs.
