The Grundy R-5 FFA will be hosting a Veterans Day meal and assembly at the school in Galt on Monday, Nov. 11.
The meal will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with an assembly to follow in the new school gym. The chapter is inviting all local veterans to take part in the event. Veterans planning to attend are asked to RSVP to FFA Advisor Cheyenne Martin at the high school, 673-6511, no later than the end of the school day on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
