James Baldwin, Louisiana, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle or trailer and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Wayne E. Garner, Lansing, KS, pleaded guily to driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor, and was fined $500 plus $120.50 costs and $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund. He was also ordered to serve five days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served.
Rita A. Munnerlyn, Princeton, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle or trailer and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs.
Monica K. Proctor, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $70.50 and $74.50 costs.
