Cash bond was set for a Ridgeway man arrested in Harrison County after failing to appear in court on several charges.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Glen M. Roberts, 49, was arrested for failing to appear in court on charges of driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor; operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license, a class D misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident, a class A misdemeanor; and failing to display plates on a motor vehicle, an infraction. Bond on that charge is $800 cash only, but he has another $50 cash-only bond for failing to appear in court on a charge of not wearing a seat belt, an infraction.
Roberts is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
