On Monday against Hamilton, Trenton suffered an 8-0 loss. The Hornets’ Julia Kanoy was too much for the Bulldogs, firing a one-hit shutout. Trenton struck out 16 times in the loss.
With the defeat, the Bulldogs fell to 5-4 overall on the season. Trenton plays host to South Harrison tonight (Tuesday) at 5:30 and will travel to Polo on Thursday. That game is also slated for a 5:30 p.m. first pitch.
