Tony J. Jennings, Clio,IA, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle or trailer, an infraction, and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs.
Andrew Kelso, Novinger, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of non-support, a class A misdemeanor. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to serve six months in the Grundy County Detention Center. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.
Jonathan Dolan Huber-Bethards, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to being a minor visibly intoxicated/blood alcohol content more than .02 percent, a class D misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident, a class A misdemeanor. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is to pay $120.50 costs and $100 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Holly M. Bricker, Liberty, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs.
Dennis R. Sheffield, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs.
Bradley E. Simpson, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to second degree property damage, a class B misdemeanor. He was fined $100 and $120.50 costs. He is to pay $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and $1,098.89 in restitution.
