Paul E. Boule, an 81-year-old Kansas City resident, died on Monday, Aug. 26, 2019.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019 at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 4947 NE Chouteau Dr. in Kansas City. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 3p.m. on Thursday at the Spickard Masonic Cemetery in Spickard.
A family visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Boule is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shilah Berry Boule of Kansas City and formerly of Spickard; a son, Bret Boule and his wife, Kelly of Overland Park, KS; a sister, Elinor Butler of Potomac, MD; a brother-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother; a sister; and a brother-in-law.
The family suggests contributions to Good Shepherd or the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund), 215 W. Pershing Rd. #300, Kansas City, MO 64108, with donations to go to the research fund to help find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.
