Dustin W. Farris, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court again Sept. 12.
Dustin E. Nickell, Milan, pleaded guilty to second degree trafficking drugs, a class C felony. He was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections, with the sentence to run concurrently with a sentence on a Sullivan County case. He also pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended, a class D misdemeanor. The court waived the fine.
Breanna T. Clevenger, Jamesport, admitted violating the terms of her probation on original charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a class C felony; unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. Her probation was continued for an additional year and with special conditions, including having no contact with Tristan Vencill.
William E. Grimes IV, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on original charges of stealing (fourth or subsequent stealing offense within 10 years), a class E felony, and resisting arrest for a felony, a class E felony. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections on each charge, with the sentences to run concurrently. The court will retain jurisdiction for 120 days and he is to pay $617.48 restitution.
Joseph M. Herrity III, Princeton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. His probation was continued with additional conditions.
Rodney W. Cranor, Dawn, admitted violating the terms of his probation on charges of forgery, a class C felony; passing bad checks, a class C felony; and three counts of second degree burglary, all class D felonies. His probation was continued with additional conditions.
Bobbie J. Dunkin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-amphetamine or methamphetamine, a class E felony. Impo-sition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years. She also admitted violating the terms of her probation on charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony, and had her probation continued with additional conditions.
Shawn M. Yuille, Trenton, had his probation revoked on a class C felony charge of stealing a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections.
