Two persons have been arrested after missing their court dates.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Brooke M. Marriott, 34, St. Joseph, who failed to appear in court on an original charge of possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, both class D misdemeanors. She has posted $750 cash bond with an Aug. 13 court appearance scheduled.
Also scheduled to appear in court Aug. 13 is 37-year-old Victor Tunnell of Galt, who missed a court appearance on an original charge of displaying or possessing the motor vehicle plates of another person. He has posted $200 cash bond.
