Scott L. Blozvich, Galt, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to tampering with a utility meter, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to make a court appearance on Aug. 13.
Robert A. Brandon, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on class E felony charges of first degree stalking and first degree property damage and class A misdemeanor charges of fourth degree domestic assault and driving while revoked or suspended (second or third offense). He is scheduled to appear in court July 11.
Terry M. Delauder, Galt, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to a class C felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid; a class E felony charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-amphetamine or methamphetamine; and a class A misdemeanor of driving while revoked or suspended (second or third offense). He is scheduled to make a court appearance on Aug. 13.
Rhonda S. Easley, Kirksville, pleaded guilty to a class B misdemeanor charge of speeding and was fined $200.50 and $70.50 costs.
James S. Ewing, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to class B misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and failing to register a motor vehicle. His next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 10.
Dustin W. Farris, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court July 11.
Kelsey R. Millar, Trenton, waived formal arraignment andpleaded guilty to failing to secure a child under eight years old in a child restraint system or booster seat; failing to display plates on a motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle owned by another for which financial responsibility was not maintained. She was fined $50.50 and $70.50 on each of those charges. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Alisha R. Dibble, Milan, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to passing bad checks, a class A misdemeanor. She was fined $200 and $116.50 costs and is to make restitution of $148.46.
Robert M. Shields, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to speeding. He is scheduled to appear in court July 23.
Kimberly M. Stone, Chillicothe, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. She was fined $150 and $116.50 costs and is to pay $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Christi D. Sims, Galt, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to tampering with a utility meter, a class A misdemeanor.
Justin L. Taul, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, a class D misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, also a class D misdemeanor. He was fined $300 on each charge and is to pay $116.50 costs.
Casey S. Welch, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle for which financial responsiblity was not maintained, a class D misdemeanor, and was fined $50.50 and $70.50 costs.
