The Tri-County R-7 Board of Education approved the 2019-20 budget during its meeting on Thursday night.
According to information provided by Superintendent David Probasco, the budget is projected to have a $20,267 surplus, with revenues anticipated to be $2,863,512 while expenditures are listed at $2,843,275. The board also transferred funds to reflect actual revenues and expenditures in the 2018-19 budget to close out the fiscal year.
The next regular meeting of the board is scheduled for Monday, July 8 at the school in Jamesport.
