Crowder State Park will sponsor a “spider sniff” on Saturday, July 6.
The event will be held at the campground amphitheater, beginning at 8:30 p.m. Staff will present information about spiders, including the different types found in Missouri. The program will include a short hike to search for spiders in the park. Participants are encouraged to war insect repellant and closed-toe shoes and should also bring a flashlight.
