The Building and Nuisance Board of the Trenton City Council will meet in regular session at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 24 at city hall.
Items on the announced agenda include declaration of nuisance on properties owned by Mike Arnold at 112 Kavanaugh, Trent Hansuld at 309 E. Crowder Road and Jeffrey White at 1011 Custer St.; public hearings on properties owned by Lionel and Bettie McAtee at 437 W. Crowder Road, John Danks at 607 W. Crowder Road and Joseph Buckner at 1618 Mable St.; findings of fact on properties owned by Donald and Twyla Whitney at 510 W. Crowder Road, Michael and Ruth Smith at 812 Grant St. and Jeremy Hamilton at 3728 E. 28th St.; and a certificate of existence of a dangerous building on property owned by Marvin Knapp at 1312 Gilmore St. There will also be discussion of the 2018-19 demolition project and an update on current nuisances and structures.
