Cash Bond Set For Three Area Men

Cash bond was set for three area men charged in unrelated cases.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Kenneth G. Voth, a 61-year-old Trenton man, was arrested Tuesday and charged with a class A misdemeanor of fourth degree assault. He is accused of recklessly engaging in conduct that created a substantial risk of physical injury to a subject by striking that person with a hammer on the head, causing a knot. The incident allegedly occurred on June 10. Voth is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $2,500 cash-only bond, with a court appearance scheduled for June 25.
Andrew S. Robinson, a 23-year-old Chillicothe resident, was picked up at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail and returned to Grundy County to appear in court on Thursday on charges of second degree burglary and stealing, both class D felonies. He is accused of entering unlawfully an inhabitable structure on Northeast 80th owned by Michael Myers for the purpose of stealing. He is also accused of appropriating numerous goods and equipment owned by Myers without his consent. Robinson’s bond has been set at $15,000 cash only.
A Spickard man, 20-year-old Trace Harvey, was returned to Trenton from Nodaway County to face a probation violation hearing set for Thursday. He has allegedly violated the terms of his probation on three counts of second degree burglary and one count of tampering with a motor vehicle, all class D felonies. His bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
