Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jacen Stotts, Gilman City, appeared in court on a probation violation on an original charge of non-support, a class A misdemeanor. He admitted violating the terms of his probation and the state withdrew its motion to revoke. His bond of $500 was disbursed to the Child Support Enforcement Division in the amount of $496.14, with the remaining $3.83 to be put toward the delinquent child support amount.
Richard E. Tunnell, Trenton, appeared in court owing $192 on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended and had that amount converted to 19 days in the Grundy County Detention Center.
Victor L. Tunnell, Galt, pleaded guilty to displaying or possessing the motor vehicle plates of another person and was fined $50.50 and $116.50 costs.

Lorinda S. McHargue, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Cody P. Morris, Coffey, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Fredrick J. Penland, Jr., Stewartsville; Andrea L. Yerington, Trenton; and Otis E. White, Jr., Trenton.
Jacob C. Williams, Hillsboro, pleaded guilty to pursuing/taking/killing/possessing or disposing of wildlife illegally and was fined $249.50.
