The Laredo Board of Aldermen met on April 8 at Laredo City Hall.
The oath of office was given to newly-elected members Derek Eckert and Brett Mathews, both of whom will be serving two-year terms. Eckert is new to the board and Mathews is serving his second term.
The next board meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 13.
