Roy D. Dinsmore, an 80-year-old resident of Princeton, died at 5:11 a.m. on Wednesday March 13, 2019 at his residence.
He requested his body be donated to medical science.
The family is planning a Celebration of Life service at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Spickard Christian Church.
Mr. Dinsmore was born on Dec. 4, 1938 in Modena, the son of Roy Earl and Pauline Agnes Miller Dinsmore. Before retiring he was employed by the Green Hills Community Action Agency.
He was a member of the Spickard Christian Church.
He was married on Aug. 30, 1959 in Princeton to Karla Kay Coe, who survives of the home.
He is also survived by two daughters, Angela Tripp and her companion, Jay Ryan of Hebber Springs, AR and Tammy Adams and her husband, Larry of Brookfield; one son, John Dinsmore and his wife, Debbie of Princeton; four grandchildren, Brandon Wombwell and Heather Wombwell, both of California and Sierra Dinsmore and Cheyenne Dinsmore, both of Princeton; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Russell Lee Dinsmore of Bella Vista, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one infant brother, James Dinsmore; and his mother-in-law, Leona Kemp.
Arrangements are under the direction of Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home of Trenton.
