Crowder Road owned by Donald and Twyla Whitney, 812 Grant St. owned by Michael and Ruth Smith, 813 Olive St. owned by Denise Jones and others and 2002 Chicago St. owned by Samuel Southers. Findings of fact will be held on properties at 200 W. Seventh St. owned by Karen Todd, 212 W. Seventh St. owned by Skyla Southwick, 302 E. Seventh St. owned by Gary and Susan Jacobs, 1312 Gilmore Street owned by Marvin Knapp and 1011 Custer St. owned by Colbi and Andrew Riley. A certificate of existence of a dangerous building will be issued on property at 912 Grant St. owned by Jeremy and Nelda Kroll. Also on the agenda is the 2018-2019 demolition program, an update on current structures and an update on nuisances.
