The former Seventh Heaven/TNT convenience store on 28th Street has been purchased by Landes Oil, Inc., which plans to reopen the business in the future.
Purchase of the building was completed in December and renovation is currently being done. It is hoped the new business can be open in April.
The purchase gives Landes Oil two locations in Trenton, with the other being located on Ninth Street. Landes Oil has been in business since 1948.
