A Unionville teenager has been arrested and charged with first degree statutory rape, an unclassified felony.
According to online court records, Hunter Clinkenbeard is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $150,000 cash-only bond. The 18-year-old is accused of having sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14, knowing that the child was under the age of consent. The incident allegedly occurred Dec. 29 in Trenton. Clinkenbeard is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22.
