Spencer, the son of Jeff and Melissa Spencer, is a member of Troop 97 of Trenton and has served as a senior patrol leader, assistant patrol leader, patrol leader, troop scribe and quartermaster. He is a member of the Mic-O-Say Tribe with the tribe name of “Brace Small Silver Winged Lark.” He currently has the role of head fire builder. He has received the yellow, red and blue dance coups. He has served as a member of the Camp Geiger staff in training and in 2018 was a member of the full-time staff, assigned to the trading post. He is the fourth generation of Spencers in Troop 97 and joins his father, Jeff, and uncle, Brandon Spencer as an Eagle Scout.
Spencer’s project was sealing and refinishing the vault toilets in the campground area at Crowder State Park.
